Hey Chihiro,
why do you have to use those ugly raws? Even the RAW for episode 02 is sucking like hell all though the size is rather huge… Well, I’ll continue my job until you release the best possible quality…
Here are some screen-shots. The difference in quality is really noticeable in full-screen-mode. But since it’s an ONA the quality is crappy anyway -.-
Btw: [Chihiro]_Penguin_Musume_Heart_-_01_[704x480 x264 AAC][E60CDDF1].mkv is a release of mine as well. The only difference is a lilte bit cleaner ass-script and a new filenameformat. I#ll do all my future PMH-releases in this manner…

Well, this was released on 6th March 2008, so it’s rather old. The reason for this release was a softsub by [DR]. It was released as ASS-only, so someone took it and edited it agian. I have used this version and restyled the script. In the end I added the [QR] raw… et voila…. another release of [...] was born…
